We currently offer our STANDARD rate to truck campers, or if you want 20 Amp electricity only.

The DELUXE sites consist of a minimum pull thru, level pad of 80' x 30' including a 10' grass area, water, sewer, 20/30/50 Amp power connections, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet Service.  Some of these sites also include a concrete walkway for your convenience.

The future PREMIUM sites will consist of all "pull-thru" and "back-in" sites.  Pull-Thrus will measure a minimum of 90' x 40' including a 20' grass area and shared hook-ups. Shared means that the rig next to you will be facing in the opposite direction so that when you look out on your patio, you do not see your neighbors sewer, water, and electrical connections.  (This is becoming quite popular.) The back-in sites will be a minimum of 41' x 36' including a 20' grass area. All PREMIUM sites will feature 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, picnic table, BBQ, and Fire Ring.

The cost difference will be approximately $5 from Deluxe to Premium.

Our Holiday Rates apply to the July 4th (Independence Day) weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

$5 charge for RV Dump & Hot Showers (Fee applies to persons not staying at the Resort).

Extra Guests - Bear Den RV Resort rates for:

• RV Rates are double occupancy.  There is a $2 charge for each additional person over the age of 5.

• Our Tent Rates are single occupancy, there is a $2 charge for each additional person over the age of 5.

• Our Cabin Rates are single occupancy, there is a $4 charge for each additional person over the age of 5. (Maximum # dependant on sleeping accommodations)
